Can I get Unwireds Internet service at my location?
We offer Internet service in Mundelein, Vernon Hills, Lake Zurich and Woodstock areas. Take a look at our service coverage maps. We can't cover all properties within our service location due to location to our towers and buildings or other obstructions that may block signal. However we will do a FREE site survey and let you know what packages are available at your location.
How does Unwireds internet work? How do you get Internet service to me?
Unwired is a Fixed Wireles Internet provider. We have a Fiber backbone and distribute bandwidth to subscribers via Radio Frequency using point to multi point radios and subscriber modules
Can you install HDTV antenna or Dish / DirecTV if I don't have your Internet?
Yes, we can and do install Digital HDTV antennas to customers who are outside of our Internet network areas. As an authorized retailer for both Dish and DirecTV we can and set you up with whichever service you choose anywhere throughout the North, West and South Chicagoland Suburbs.
Can I keep my current E-mail account?
If you are using a web based e-mail like Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo, there is no change, you can keep your current e-mail. If you have an e-mail account with another ISP or cable internet provider you will need to establish an e-mail account with a global email provider like Gmail, Yahoo, me, Hotmail etc.
How can I pay my bill?
You can send us a check to PO Box 767 Mundelein, IL 60060 or pay by check, debit or credit card (Visa, M/C, Discover) over the phone by calling 815.276.6817. We can also set your account up on autopay so you don't have to worry about it every month.
What if I'm not happy with the service?
We go in ensuring we'll deliver the services we've discussed. If we have any doubt or concerns about signal quality or strength of service we will discuss these with you prior to the installation and in some cases we simply won't move forward with the Installation. We want our clients to be happy with the services we provide, if there is any doubt we will let you know we're not the provider for you. In the rare instance you're not happy we will let you go, as our goal is your satisfaction, weather it's with Unwired or another provider.
